WebJun 12, 2024 · The D2OE heads are the Police Interceptor (PI) heads found on 1972-1973 429 PI engines. They are a nice factory iron performance cylinder head that uses valves and ports larger than the standard passenger car heads. WebJul 22, 2009 · The chambers are exactly the same as the D0OE heads (60.4 cc) and they also have the 1.84/1.54 valves. Likewise they have L shaped water passages and are drilled for the extra 4 intake bolts found only on the early 351 heads. They are also of course drilled for the larger diameter 1/2" 351W head bolts.

WebOct 21, 2007 · They are D2OE heads that have been ported and ground out for larger valves. They sat for a couple years and a couple of the exhaust seats rusted a little bit. Picture "seats1" and "seats2" are the two worst. I have a couple budies with relatives at machine shops that could help me out if need be. Anyways, I got these heads for $180. The info that I found show that they both have 58.2cc combustion chambers and 1.78 intake and 1.45 exhaust valves.
