WebNov 27, 2024 · I feel that the difference is that Monster Hunter has more depth in the hunting aspect. Things like traps, tracking, other flora and fauna, items, etc exist. Meanwhile for Dauntless, it is basically just the finding one monster and killing it. I don't remember seeing any other creatures on the floating maps. WebRise is way cheaper, has more monsters, runs better, and looks better. Wild Hearts is kinda fun, but charging $70 for this is too much for its current state. Have you tried to play online yet? It lags most of the hunt. It’s even more disappointing because I thought this would be a good Hunter game to play until the next mainline MH game. 13
