The choices were the Ross Essense FS, TFO Signature Series, and the Redington Crosswater. We ended choosing the Ross. The Ross had the best build quality. The ferrules were the tightest.
WebNov 7, 2024 · I just got done fishing with the rod. Being a 10 weight medium action rod it performed as I expected it should. Casting was easy and accuracy wasn't hard to maintain. I hooked into a big king salmon and fought it till it straightened the hook and got free.
