I have read up on other threads here and they all seem to point to the throttle body, but I just cant see how that would impact these codes. My biggest concern is its wiring harness related or ECU related.

I shut it off and could only think that it wasn't timed properly. So I tear it down again and the left bank cams were off by a tooth (not sure which way).
