WebbIn this work, mixed copper–titanium oxide ( (CuTi)Ox) thin films with various copper concentrations (0–100 at.%), deposited by magnetron sputtering and annealed at 473 K, were investigated as a prospective hydrogen gas sensing material. Scanning electron microscopy was applied to determine the morphology of the thin films. WebbThe TR spectra clearly show that a magnetic‐order‐induced band splitting appears below the Curie‐Weiss temperature θ c ≈200 °K. The results are consistent with the theory of spin‐polarized bands and explain unambigously the anomalous behaviour of the absorption edge in the ferromagnetic semiconductors.

WebbThe Au, Ag and Cu are commonly used as a conduction layer and Cr, Ti, Pt and etc. are usually employed as an adhesion layer or diffusion barrier. Heat treatment, oxygen treatment, and methods of fabrication have an ef- fect on the diffusion of the central layer into the conduction layer, thus effective the properties of the overall film. As examples, according to Figure 4479a, we can calculate, ΔE Kα1 = 8979 eV - 933 eV = 8.046 keV. ΔE Kα2 = 8979 eV - 952 eV = 8.027 keV. Figure 4479b shows a typical EDS profile of pure copper. The natural peak widths are much narrower than the measured ones in the figure.
